AeroVista Innovations Drone Academy Policy

AeroVista Innovations/AeroVista Drone Academy (AVI/AVDA) Polices are outlined below. You should read the AVI/AVDA Policies prior to enrolling in one of our courses and participating in an event.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel more than 10 (ten) calendar days prior to the class for which you have registered a 10% cancellation/processing fee will be deducted from your refund
  • If you cancel within 10 days or less of the start of your registered course a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • You may reschedule a class and have any funds minus the cancellation/processing fee applied to the same course taken within 1 (one) year of the original registration date. If that same course is no longer being offered, a similar course can be selected.

NO SHOW POLICY

You will be unable to re-schedule or receive a refund if you do not show up to a class without prior notice.

WEATHER POLICY

In the event of inclement weather, we will still host the classroom (Ground School) portion of the class but reschedule the outdoor flying (Flight School) for a designated makeup date and time. Our expert pilots will make a course day decision about the opportunity to fly outdoors. We will try our best to get the flying in, but due to restrictions and limitations beyond our control we cannot guarantee outdoor flying during a course. When and where appropriate the pilot(s) may conduct the flying portion of the course in an appropriate indoor facility.
