Aerovista Innovations (AVI) is a supporter of privacy of information and takes all steps available and necessary to ensure the privacy of all clients, members and visitors. Information Collected

Some of the information collected is information that you, the user/registered member/subcontractor/pilot provide to us voluntarily. This is information necessary to set up your corporate, company and/or individual user account and includes your name, address, e-mail address, password, mobile phone number, zip code, address and credit card number. While accessing the AVI platform other data may be collected automatically, for marketing data research, and usage report purposes, by a third party service or by us directly. This type of data can include your browser type, usage location, IP address, preferences, GPS location of your device and other computer/device identifiers that may be unique to you. This type of information alone cannot be used to identify you. If you have questions about the specific of the usage of each piece of information please contact AVI. Sometimes AVI will use information provided by third parties in order to provide a better and more enhanced service to all of our users. Any information received from such sources will become part of the data collected and the Privacy Policy will apply to the said data as well. All of the data is collected thru the AVI website, computer/mobile application. All of the information is either voluntarily provided by the user or the data’s collection is assented to by the user. Any and all information collected is for the use of AVI and third party subcontractors as outlined in the Terms of Service. AVI will never voluntarily disclose the private information collected unless it believes, in good faith, it is necessary to do so at the request of law enforcement or if it is required by law. Accountholders and users have the option of editing the voluntarily submitted information regarding the personal information associated with their account at any time. Although some changes might require approval of the Administrator most changes can occur immediately upon submission and may not require approval.

Use of the Data Collected

All of the data collected is used to better meet the needs of all subscribers/users/account holders of the service provided by AVI. The data is used to facilitate a system of a virtual meeting place for the benefit of all the users interested in using AVI services. The data collected is not disclosed for any use other than that associated with the AVI platform or is legally required to be disclosed. If AVI feels that there is a need to disclose collected data AVI will attempt to contact the user to advise them of such a pending disclosure, but, is not required to do so. AVI uses secure third party storage services that are equipped with commercially acceptable, industry standard SSL security for all data collected. The servers are located in a secure service facility and are backed up regularly. However, no system is absolute and AVI makes no warranty or representation that data submitted cannot not be manipulated by outside third-parties, not associated with AVI during transmission from the user to the server. While AVI does take all necessary and reasonable steps to provide secure protection all information submitted to AVI is done so at your own risk. All users are recommended to use their own anti-viruses, fire-walls and other protective measures.

Sharing of Data

AVI is in full cooperation with all government entities and law enforcement officials and private parties in order to enforce all applicable laws. AVI may share data, in compliance with this Privacy Policy, collected from users, with the parties referenced above. From time to time we may share non-personally identifiable information, such as the user statistics, log data, and other information necessary for market research and targeted advertising. At no time will AVI sell or trade your information collected including for the purposes of third party advertising services. In order to bring you a more complete and integrated service, AVI uses outside contractors who may be delegated to collect, access, use and distribute your information. An assent to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for AVI is also permission for select third parties, authorized by AVI, to access your information for the sole purpose of operating, maintaining and conducting repair work for any service associated with the platform. In the event that AVI is sold or transferred AVI reserves the right to transfer all information to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator.

Changes to Privacy Policy

The applicable version of the Privacy Policy is the one posted on the AVI website. From time to time AVI may make changes to the Privacy Policy which will take effect immediately. If there are any material changes to the Privacy Policy AVI will notify each user by sending an e-mail to the address registered with the service.

Your Illinois Privacy Rights
